About Kimi

Kimberly: "I am a certified Yoga Instructor with 200+ hours of training in Trauma-Informed, Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Holistic Healing with Sound & Mindfulness Meditation. It is my purpose to bring people closer to each other and themselves & to show them a path of healing through the practice of yoga. As a trained contemporary dancer, I grew up with movement being at the center of my life. This is how I learned the importance of building strong foundations in a challenging and high-demanding environment. Through my own experiences with anxiety, stress and self-doubt I found my way to the mat. Yoga teaches me confidence, resilience & self-love. I take a ‘function’ oriented and breath-centred approach over the textbook looking ‘form’ of asana. My practice is trauma informed and non-invasive."

About Neil

Neil: "I am a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with over 200 hours of training and more than 500 hours of teaching experience across various countries worldwide. My life’s purpose is to inspire individuals to believe in the limitless possibilities that life offers and to be literally «high on life». I achieve this by personally practicing a healthy lifestyle and imparting my knowledge and wisdom of adopting new, healthful habits without an excessive focus on seriousness, all while fostering a sense of enjoyment and laughter in the process."

  99% of our retreats take place. Nevertheless, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the retreat in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. illness of the teacher or similar), failure to reach the minimum number of participants (deadline 10 days before arrival) or to provide a replacement teacher.
