In addition to the yoga highlights and various yoga styles for all ages, individual sessions will also be offered in the fields of Dance & Sound, Herbs & Nutrition, Nature & Spirituality, along with impulse talks on nutrition and meditation.

"Meet the Yogis" will also give you the opportunity to exchange experiences with your fellow yoga fans and get to know the yoga instructors in person.

Enjoy yoga as a source of power, set against the majestic backdrop of the Hohe Tauern mountains, with countless impulses for you to take back home with you afterwards.

Choose the right yoga class for you from the extensive weekly program in the public rooms of the Gastein Valley (with the exception of yoga units in the hotels in the region)! Enjoy the daily units in the great outdoors in the midst of the fascinating Gastein mountain and water world.
