Sparkling lights, candlelight and yoga create a special atmosphere of calm and comfort. CANDLELIGHT YOGA is an invitation to leave everyday life behind for a few days, consciously arrive in the moment and recharge with new energy.
Gentle, flowing morning yoga sessions and atmospheric Candlelight Sessions in the evening create a soothing rhythm of movement and relaxation. Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga combine strengthening and mobilising elements with mindful body awareness, stillness and regeneration.
Between the group sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out. A yoga weekend balancing movement and stillness, candlelight and relaxation – for renewed energy and mindful letting go.

RETREAT HOST: Julia Diane Fegert-Dujo
Julia is a yoga teacher, professional dancer, choreographer and dance educator, as well as the founder of TAYO Fashion and owner of TANZRAUM Penzberg.
She completed her dance training at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. During her career as a professional stage dancer, yoga already became an integral part of her training and personal journey.
Today, Julia has more than 20 years of teaching experience and has completed numerous certified yoga teacher trainings. Her practice combines dynamic movement and strength with flowing sequences, mindful body awareness and stillness.

Cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price
Cancellation less than 1 days prior to arrival incurs the entire booking price, as does leaving before the agreed departure date.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.

Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price
