The POWER PILATES RETREAT combines intensive Pilates workouts with targeted strengthening, mindful movement and restorative relaxation, creating an energising getaway in the Gastein Valley. The focus is on physical strength, stability, endurance and precise movement execution.
Varied Power Pilates sessions using balls and yoga blocks specifically strengthen the deep core muscles and promote mindful body control. The training is complemented by Barre-inspired exercises, Core Training, Aquapilates and Stretching. Powerful workouts meet small challenges and restorative elements – creating a balanced combination of activity and relaxation.
RETREAT HOST: Andreea Maier
Andreea is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor as well as an Instructor Educator. She combines in-depth expertise with many years of experience in strength training and group fitness to create a varied training concept. Her sessions are characterised by precise movement execution, targeted strengthening and individual guidance. She places particular emphasis on proper technique and mindful body control, supported by personal instruction and hands-on adjustments.
With her experience as a retreat host, Andreea creates a motivating atmosphere where intensive workouts, personal challenges and the joy of movement come together.
