Body, breath and mindfulness are the focus of this weekend, which serves for holistic relaxation and deceleration. With dynamic and gentle exercises and breathing techniques, Ariadna accompanies the participants on their way to mental and physical relaxation. Blockages are released and the life energy (Prana) activated.
Ariadna Castorena, born in Mexico City, has been practicing yoga since 1999. After studying psychology, she completed her first yoga teacher training in the Ashtanga yoga tradition in 2002. After extensive experience in various traditions, she was certified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2011. She completed further training in spiral dynamics, Ayurveda, yoga therapy and meditation. Her focus is on a clear and conscious inner and outer alignment and on a transformative practice that leads to a state of clarity and presence.
Each morning yoga unit includes an energizing asana sequence with active and passive elements as well as regenerative postures in connection with breathing exercises (pranayama).
The evening hours are calm and end with a long, deep relaxation.
All yoga levels are welcome, including beginners.
