Women’s Retreat with Belly Dance, Yin Yoga & Embodiment

THE POWER OF YOUR PELVIS combines mindful movement, dance and relaxation to create a conscious retreat focused on femininity, body awareness and your inner center.

Pelvic floor flows, Feminine Essence Yin Yoga and belly dance promote body awareness, mobility and vitality. Dance meditation and embodiment create space to feel, let go and reconnect with yourself – without performance or pressure.

A women’s retreat between strength and sensuality, movement and relaxation – for a deeper connection to your own center.

Suitable for all levels – no previous experience in yoga or belly dance required.

RETREAT LEADER: Christina Kubeng

Christina is a certified belly dance teacher trained in the Essence of Bellydance method, a pre- and postnatal trainer and a pelvic floor trainer trained in Coco Berlin’s Pussy Yoga method.

Her work combines mindful pelvic floor training with belly dance, Yin Yoga, stretching and embodiment. She creates a supportive space where women can consciously connect with their bodies and experience movement without pressure or expectations.

Her sessions combine body awareness, mobility and mindful movement with joy and ease. At the heart of her work is the connection to your own center and a positive, self-determined relationship with your body.

RETREAT PROGRAMME & DAILY SCHEDULE

• THURSDAY:
  • Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  • 4 – 6 pm: Ground Yourself. Feel Yourself. | Welcome Flow with meditation, belly dance & Pussy Yoga – gently arriving in your body and settling into the retreat
  • 7 pm: Dinner
  • 9 – 9.30 pm: Into the Softness | Gentle evening flow for relaxation and restful sleep
   

• FRIDAY:
  • 8 – 9 am: Good Morning Flow – Awakening Body & Pelvis | Energising start with belly dance & pelvic floor training
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 11.30 am: Source of Strength | Mindful hike with walking meditation, embodiment & gentle movements for an active and vibrant pelvic floor – In case of bad weather, the hike may be moved to Saturday.
  • 5.30 – 6.30 pm: Alive. Feminine. Awakened. | Embodied Bellydance – expression, energy & femininity
  • 6.30 – 7 pm: Rest & Integration | Gentle closing practice and conscious reflection
  • 7 pm: Dinner
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 8 – 9 am: Good Morning Flow – Joyful Awakening | Joyful start with belly dance & gentle pelvic floor activation
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 5 – 7 pm: Dance of the Senses | Mindful flow for body, emotions & femininity
  • 7 pm: Dinner
  • 9 – 9.30 pm: Good Night Flow | optional | Gentle evening flow or a relaxed end to the day
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 8 – 9 am: Bellydance Morning Flow | Reconnect with your vitality and enjoy one final shared practice
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • Check-out by 12 noon | Individual departure
   

• Good to know:
  • Breakfast | Dinner: enjoy meals together with the group or individually whenever you feel like some quiet time and me-time.
  • Programme subject to change.
  • 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat leader) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat or arrange a substitute retreat leader.
