BODYART® Retreat for Strength, Balance & New Energy

A mindful break from everyday life, time to breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. TAKE A BREAK – JUST FOR YOU combines movement, relaxation and body awareness to create a getaway filled with renewed strength and inner balance.

At the heart of the retreat is BODYART® – a holistic training concept developed by Robert Steinbacher and based on the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Flowing and powerful movements combine strength, flexibility, stability and mindful breathing. The sessions strengthen the entire body, support healthy posture and create a beneficial balance between activity and relaxation.

Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time – for a weekend filled with movement, regeneration and renewed energy.

RETREAT INSTRUCTOR: Carina Mago

Carina is from Munich and has been at home in the world of fitness and movement for almost 25 years. She discovered BODYART® in 2013 and has been part of Robert Steinbacher’s team as a Master Trainer since 2018.

She complements her many years of experience with qualifications as a DEEPWORK® Instructor, Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and Yin Yoga Teacher. In her sessions, Carina combines powerful movement with mindfulness and conscious body awareness. Her calm and warm approach creates a relaxed atmosphere where movement and well-being are equally important.

RETREAT PROGRAM & DAILY SCHEDULE:

• FRIDAY:
  • Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 p.m.
  • 5 – 6.15 p.m.: BODYART® from Yang to Yin
  • Dinner from 7 p.m.
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 7.45 – 8.15 a.m.: Morning Flow
  • 8.15 – 9.30 a.m.: BODYART®: Mobility & Myofascial
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.
  • 11.30 a.m.: Meditation hike with nature guide Alfred Silbergasser or simply relax in the sauna area
  • 5 – 6.15 p.m.: Yin Yoga Session & Yoga Nidra: Relax Your Mind
  • Dinner from 7 p.m.
  • Relax and unwind together at the bar
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 7.45 – 8.15 a.m.: Meditation: Open Your Heart
  • 8.15 – 9.30 a.m.: BODYART®: Stretch, Flow & Recovery
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.
  • Check-out by 12 noon | Individual departure
   

• Good to know:
  • Breakfast | Dinner: Enjoy meals together with the group or individually whenever you feel like some quiet time and me-time.
  • Programme subject to change.
  • 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat instructor) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat, or to provide a substitute instructor.
