Bodega Moves & Reflow Retreat

This retreat combines movement, strength and mindful relaxation to create a holistic break for body and mind.

Bodega Moves combines elements of Power Yoga and bodywork. Powerful exercises improve coordination, stability and body control, strengthen the core and support the entire musculoskeletal system.

As a calming counterpart, Bodega Reflow combines gentle stretching flows with elements of yoga and functional stretching. Flowing movements improve mobility, release tension and create space for recovery and a renewed sense of lightness.

The combination of strength and relaxation, activity and rest creates a balanced body feeling and renewed energy.

RETREAT INSTRUCTOR: Carina Wallner

Carina turned her passion for movement into her profession in 2011 and has been helping people develop greater body awareness, strength and vitality ever since. For several years, she has been teaching Bodega Moves, Bodega Reflow and Vinyasa Power Yoga.

Her sessions combine flowing movements, targeted strengthening exercises and mindful relaxation. Carefully selected music and a motivating atmosphere accompany the practice, creating a balanced mix of dynamic movement and calm.

RETREAT PROGRAM & DAILY SCHEDULE:

• THURSDAY:
  • Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 p.m.
  • 4.30 – 5.30 p.m.: Bodega Moves Welcome Class
  •6.30 p.m.: Dinner
   

• FRIDAY:
  • 8 – 9 a.m.: Vinyasa Power Yoga
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.
  • 4.30 – 5.30 p.m.: Bodywork
  • 6.30 p.m.: Dinner
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 8 – 9 a.m.: Core Yoga
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.
  • 4.30 – 5.30 p.m.: Bodega Moves – Level 2
  • 6.30 p.m.: Dinner
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 8 – 9 a.m.: Bodega Reflow
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.
  • Check-out by 12 noon | Individual departure

  • Breakfast | Dinner: Enjoy meals together with the group or individually whenever you feel like some quiet time and me-time.
  • Programme subject to change.
  • 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat instructor) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat, or to provide a substitute instructor.
