As the year slowly draws to a close, GROUND & FLOW invites you to pause, reflect on what has been and gather fresh energy for what lies ahead. Grounding and flowing elements come together in a balanced yoga practice between movement and stillness.
Vinyasa Flow brings movement, warmth and fresh energy into the body, while Yin Yoga creates space for calm, letting go and regeneration. Meditation, Pranayama and Sound complement the practice, helping you turn your attention inward and consciously bring the year to a close.
Between the shared sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, winter nature and personal time out. These days offer a balance between activity and relaxation, community and me-time – creating space to arrive, reflect and realign.
A retreat to consciously close the year and step into a new chapter with greater clarity, lightness and inner strength.

RETREAT LEADER: Stefanie Olavide
Stefanie is a certified yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga and has been guiding people through powerful yet mindful yoga practices since 2017. Originally from Tyrol, she has a deep connection with nature, while international trainings and extensive travels have also shaped her approach to teaching.
Her classes combine traditional yoga elements with modern spirituality, rituals and conscious breathwork. Rather than focusing on the perfect shape of an asana, Stefanie encourages personal experience and a deeper connection with the body.
Her teaching style is flowing, alignment-based and intuitive. Elements of Thai Yoga Massage, harmonium sounds and selected rituals complement her practice, allowing movement and breath to merge into a form of meditation in motion.
“It’s not about the pose.” This idea lies at the heart of Stefanie’s teaching and her understanding of yoga as a practice for greater awareness, freedom and inner balance.
