Yoga Retreat for Balance, Mindfulness & Wellbeing
JUST BE YOU – JUST FOR YOU invites you to leave everyday life behind for a few days and consciously enjoy time just for yourself.
In the mornings, dynamic yoga flows and conscious breathwork bring fresh energy, strength and lightness. The calmer evening sessions combine gentle yoga, Pranayama and Meditation, creating space to let go, unwind and regenerate.
Between the sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out – to breathe deeply, switch off or simply enjoy doing nothing at all.
A retreat balancing strength and relaxation, movement and stillness – for greater balance, body awareness and wellbeing.

RETREAT LEADER: Christina Lotter
Christina is a certified yoga and children’s yoga teacher and is currently training to become a yoga therapist. Yoga has been part of her life for around 15 years and has shown her how valuable mindfulness, conscious movement and awareness of one’s own needs can be.
Her classes combine powerful yoga sequences with gentle stretching, mobilisation and breathwork. With her warm and welcoming approach, Christina creates an atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable, regardless of previous experience or physical ability.
