The yoga sessions combine gentle mobilisation, energising movement, stretching and relaxation. The “Inner Workshop” complements the practice with simple exercises, inspiring impulses and meditation, creating space to pause, reflect and discover new perspectives.
In between the sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out.

RETREAT LEADER: Kinga Kircher
Kinga is a passionate yoga teacher who combines clear guidance with individual support, warmth and humour. Her sessions are not about performance or perfection, but about consciously connecting with the body, the breath and your own experience.
With her calm and authentic approach, she creates space to arrive, let go and recharge. Her practice strengthens the body, encourages a sense of calm and helps bring greater balance and lightness into everyday life.

• 5 – 6 pm: Gentle Yoga Session to Arrive | Let go of everyday life and consciously ease into the retreat

• 8 – 9 am: Morning Yoga | Mobilisation & renewed energy for the day

• 3.30 – 4.30 pm: Inner Workshop | Simple exercises, impulses & meditation
• 5 – 6 pm: Evening Yoga | Stretching, relaxation & a calm end to the day

• 8 – 9 am: Yoga & Farewell | Feel renewed energy and consciously bring the retreat to a close
