INNER LIGHT
Kundalini Yoga Retreat in Advent
INNER LIGHT invites you to consciously slow down during the peaceful pre-Christmas season, recharge your energy and rediscover your inner light.
At the heart of the retreat are Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama, meditation and Kriyas – sequences combining movement, breath and concentration. Activating morning practices help get your energy flowing, while gentle evening sessions with meditation and deep relaxation create space for calm and regeneration.
A shared Breathwalk in nature combines breath, movement and mantra and rounds off the retreat experience. Between the sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out.
An Advent retreat between energy and stillness, breath and movement, activation and deep relaxation.
Suitable for all levels – no previous Kundalini Yoga experience required.
RETREAT LEADER: Nora Krehan
Nora combines yoga, Shiatsu, breathwork and energy work in her practice. A particular focus lies on the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the practices of Kundalini Yoga.
Her background in philosophy and acting shapes her holistic approach. Movement, breath, visualisation and mindful awareness come together in her sessions to support body awareness, inner calm and renewed energy.
