Qi Flow Retreat – Yin & Yang in Harmony

This retreat combines the powerful clarity of Hatha Yoga with the flowing, mindful elements of Qi Gong, Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. At its heart is the harmonious interplay of Yin and Yang – activity and rest, strength and softness, movement and relaxation.

Creative yoga flows, Qi-inspired movements, meridian stretching and soothing fascia work create space to become more aware of the body and develop a renewed sense of lightness. Breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation complement the practice, helping to bring Qi into flow, release tension and recharge with new energy.

The five elements of TCM – wood, fire, earth, metal and water – provide a common thread throughout the weekend. Each element offers a new perspective on movement, breathing and inner balance, inviting you to connect more consciously with body and mind.

A retreat for anyone who wants to experience yoga holistically, improve their quality of movement and return to everyday life with greater ease, energy and inner calm.

RETREAT INSTRUCTOR: Elisabeth Leitner

Elisabeth combines classical Hatha Yoga with elements of Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, meridian theory and fascia work. For more than ten years, she has been guiding people on their yoga journey, with a strong focus on a holistic practice that brings together movement, breathing and body awareness.

Drawing on her many years of yoga experience and her passion for movement and personal growth, she creates varied sessions that harmoniously combine strength and relaxation. Playful lightness, precise guidance and mindful body awareness are equally important in her teaching.

With calmness, warmth and authenticity, Elisabeth creates a space where participants can rediscover their bodies, develop greater awareness and cultivate lasting balance, mobility and well-being. – practicewildandfree.yoga

RETREAT PROGRAM & DAILY SCHEDULE:

• FRIDAY:
  • Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 pm
  • 5.15 – 6.45 pm: Wood Element – Yang Meets Yin | Activating Yoga & Qi Flow practice with flowing movements, side stretches, twists & hip openers
  • 7.15 pm: Dinner
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 7.45 – 9.15 am: Fire & Metal – Strength, Clarity & Alignment | Dynamic Yoga flows, Qi-inspired movements & meridian work
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • 5.15 – 6.45 pm: Earth Element – Yin & Stability | Yin Yoga, gentle movement & fascia work for grounding and inner balance
  • 7.15 pm: Dinner
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 7.45 – 9.15 am: Water Element – Flow & Let Go | Yang elements, Yin Yoga, fascia work & meditation for regeneration and a mindful closing
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 am
  • Check-out until 12 noon | Individual departure

  • Breakfast | Dinner: Enjoy meals together with the group or individually whenever you feel like some quiet time and me-time.

  • 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat instructor) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat, or to provide a substitute instructor.
