Yoga Retreat for Slowing Down, Balance & Renewed Energy

Step away from everyday life and settle into stillness. REST & STRENGTH creates space to slow down, regenerate and recharge – surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The day begins with meditation and breathwork, followed by varied yoga flows – sometimes powerful, sometimes relaxing, sometimes playful. Grounding evening sessions deepen the practice and help body and mind unwind. In between, there is plenty of free time for wellness, nature, shared activities or personal time.

The focus is on consciously switching off, body awareness and finding a balance between activity and rest. A weekend to recharge, pause and gather fresh inspiration for everyday life.

Suitable for all yoga levels – from beginners to experienced practitioners.

RETREAT INSTRUCTOR: Anna Rötzer

Anna teaches modern Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with a particular focus on precise and healthy alignment. Clear verbal guidance and individually applied hands-on assists help participants become more aware of each posture and deepen their personal practice.

Exceptional flexibility or strength are not required. Anna creates a space where each person’s individual physical abilities are respected and yoga can be experienced without pressure or performance expectations.

Her sessions combine mindful movement, precise alignment and conscious self-awareness, inviting participants to explore new experiences on the mat while developing greater acceptance, calm and clarity.

RETREAT PROGRAMME & DAILY SCHEDULE:

• FRIDAY:
  • Individual arrival | Check-in from 3 p.m.
  • 4.30 p.m.: YOGA FLOW TO ARRIVE & WELCOME CIRCLE
  • 7 p.m.: Dinner
   

• SATURDAY:
  • 7.45 a.m.: BREATHWORK & MEDITATION
  • 8.30 a.m.: MORNING FLOW
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.
  • 11.30 a.m.: Optional group hike
  • 5 p.m.: SLOW FLOW: CALM DOWN YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
  • 7 p.m.: Dinner
  • 8.45 p.m.: DEEP SLEEP – SOUND BATH
   

• SUNDAY:
  • 7.45 a.m.: BREATHWORK & MEDITATION
  • 8.30 a.m.: MORNING FLOW
  • Breakfast buffet until 11 a.m.
  • Check-out by 12 noon | Individual departure
   

• Good to know:
  • Breakfast | Dinner: Enjoy meals together with the group or individually whenever you feel like some quiet time and me-time.
  • Programme subject to change.
  • 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat instructor) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat, or to provide a substitute instructor.
