RISE & SHINE
Yoga Retreat for Movement, Relaxation & New Energy
RISE & SHINE combines powerful yoga practice with conscious relaxation for a varied and energising weekend. The focus is on movement, body awareness and regeneration – without pressure and following the principle: “everything is optional, nothing is a must.”
Dynamic Vinyasa Flows with breathwork and meditation meet Yin Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage. The energising morning sessions get the body moving and provide fresh energy, while the restorative evening sessions create space to let go, slow down and relax.
Between the sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out.
A retreat between dynamism and calm, strength and relaxation, movement and conscious time out.

RETREAT LEADER: Tina Delago & Mirjana Kern
Tina Delago has been teaching yoga since 2015 and combines calm, flowing sequences with dynamic and powerful elements. Her focus is on safe alignment, mindful body awareness and a practice that can be adapted to individual needs. Music accompanies her sessions and supports the mood and dynamics of each practice.
Mirjana Kern has been a certified yoga teacher since 2019. Her training in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage shapes her versatile teaching style. She combines strength and stability with restorative elements, placing particular emphasis on a mindful, non-judgemental practice and conscious body awareness.

• 5–7 pm: Thai Yoga Massage & Deep Slow Yin Yoga | Stretching, relaxation & regeneration
