WINTER MAGIC & LETTING GO invites you to mindfully enjoy the festive season, leave everyday life behind and approach the new year with renewed calm and clarity. Four winter days in the Gastein Valley combine yoga, relaxation, mindfulness and special rituals to create a restorative time out.
Energising and gentle yoga sessions alternate with Yin Yoga, a Sound Journey and a Cacao Ceremony. A special highlight is the shared Letting-Go Ritual with a winter walk, offering space to reflect on the past year and symbolically release what no longer needs to be carried into the new year.
The retreat concludes with Yoga Flow to Music, bringing movement, breath and music together. Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness at the ALPEN.VEDA.SPA, winter experiences in nature and personal time out.

RETREAT INSTRUCTOR: Ines Müllner
Ines is a yoga teacher and founder of Mirasoul Yoga Studio in Lower Austria. She teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Hormone Yoga according to Dinah Rodrigues and also offers singing bowl massages.
Her sessions combine flowing movement, mindful body awareness and relaxation. With enthusiasm and mindfulness, she guides her participants through a varied practice – from powerful and dynamic to calm and restorative.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat host) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat or arrange a substitute retreat host.

The quoted from package prices are stated in EUR per person and stay and include the package services listed above as well as all ALPENHAUS inclusive services. All prices include the applicable VAT. The statutory local overnight tax and the Salzburg Mobility Fee (Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg) are charged separately in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
