Yoga Retreat for Movement, Calm & New Energy
A mindful break from everyday life, time to breathe and space to recharge. TIME TO BALANCE combines varied yoga practice with relaxation and mindfulness – creating greater balance between body and mind.
Seven different yoga sessions accompany you throughout the weekend: from meditation and dynamic Vinyasa to Inside Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Sometimes powerful and flowing, sometimes calm and restorative – always following the principle: “Everything is possible, nothing is a must.”
Between sessions, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time. All yoga classes are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
RETREAT INSTRUCTORS: Tina Delago & Caroline Butz
Tina Delago has been teaching yoga since 2015, combining calm, flowing sequences with dynamic and powerful classes. Her focus is on safe, mindful alignment and giving everyone the opportunity to adapt the practice to their individual needs. Music accompanies her classes and supports the energy and atmosphere of each practice. delayoga.de
Caroline Butz discovered yoga through the connection between breath and movement. Since completing her yoga teacher training in 2019 and further advanced training, her focus has been on holistic balance and mindfulness. Her calm approach invites participants to move away from thinking and towards feeling, consciously reconnecting with their own body. oneness-yoga.de
