Yoga & a Mindful Autumn Time Out
As the year gradually slows down in autumn, it is the perfect time to pause and turn your attention inward. Time for Yourself combines a varied yoga practice with mindful relaxation, creating space to step away from everyday life and recharge your energy.
Dynamic and flowing sequences alternate with powerful, active and calming yoga sessions. Sometimes movement takes centre stage, while other sessions focus on holding individual asanas for longer, bringing greater awareness to the body, breath and the art of slowing down.
Morning and evening sessions create a balanced rhythm between activity and stillness, strength and letting go. In between, there is plenty of time for wellness, nature and personal time out – without any pressure to perform.
The retreat is designed for participants with some previous yoga experience who would like to deepen their practice and enjoy a few days dedicated to mindful movement, relaxation and regeneration.
RETREAT HOSTS: Violeta & Silvia Tucci
Violeta and Silvia are experienced yoga and group fitness instructors specialising in Vinyasa Yoga, Inside Flow and Yin Yoga, as well as various group fitness concepts.
Their shared practice combines dynamic movement, strength and mindful relaxation. With clear guidance, flowing transitions and a warm atmosphere, they create varied sessions that encourage body awareness, mindfulness and lightness.

• 4.15–5.45 pm: Arrive & Gentle Opening | Movement, relaxation & mindful arrival
• 6.15 pm: Dinner & relaxed evening together - SATURDAY:
• 8–9.30 am: Morning Yoga | Activation, movement & a mindful start to the day
• Breakfast buffet until 11 am
• 4.30–5.45 pm: Yoga Session | Flowing practice, body awareness & balance
• 6.15 pm: Dinner & relaxed evening together - SUNDAY:
• 8–9.30 am: Morning Yoga | Strength, dynamic movement & flow
• Breakfast buffet until 11 am
• 4.30–5.45 pm: Yoga Session | Calmer practice, slowing down & mindful letting go
• 6.15 pm: Dinner & relaxed evening together - MONDAY:
• 8–9.30 am: Closing Yoga | Mindful movement, integration & a relaxed closing practice

• 99% of our retreats take place as planned. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness of the retreat leader) or if the minimum number of participants has not been reached 10 days prior to arrival, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat or provide a substitute retreat leader.

The quoted from package prices are stated in EUR per person and stay and include the package services listed above as well as all ALPENHAUS inclusive services. All prices include the applicable VAT. The statutory local overnight tax and the Salzburg Mobility Fee (Guest Mobility Ticket Salzburg) are charged separately in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.
Please note that additional charges may apply for bookings during the Christmas and New Year's holiday period. These charges are not included in the quoted prices.

Up to 7 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
Cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price
Cancellation less than 1 days prior to arrival incurs the entire booking price, as does leaving before the agreed departure date.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure 100 % of the entire stay will be charged.
Christmas | New Year´s Eve:
Up to 14 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
Cancellation 13 up to 7 days prior to arrival incurs 70% of the total booking price
Cancellation 6 up to 3 days prior to arrival incurs 90% of the total booking price
Cancellation 2 days prior to arrival incurs 100% of the total booking price
